Senior security specialists from ALESTA attended the Securex 2026 international exhibition, which took place from 14 to 16 April 2026 in Poznań.
The event traditionally brought together manufacturers, integrators, experts and end-users working in the fields of building, personal, property and cyber security.
Securex 2026 showcased comprehensive solutions for integrated facility security: next-generation video surveillance systems with AI-based analytics, multi-level access control systems, perimeter protection, fire and security alarms, as well as software platforms for centralised monitoring and management of security incidents. The organisers paid significant attention to the cyber protection of technical security systems, the protection of network infrastructure, and the integration of physical security with the IT environment.

Among the key European trends that were evident at the exhibition:
•    The transition to unified security management platforms (PSIM/BMS) that consolidate video, access control, alarms, cyber events and the technical condition of infrastructure within a single interface.
•    The widespread adoption of AI/ML-based analytics for real-time incident detection, risk prediction and the automation of security service responses.
•    Strengthening the role of cybersecurity in security systems: secure communication protocols, encryption, network segmentation, as well as compliance with European standards and regulatory requirements.

•    Development of solutions for critical infrastructure and the urban environment – from intelligent video surveillance systems to integrated city security management platforms.

The insights gained at Securex 2026 will be of practical value to Ukrainian clients operating in an environment of heightened threats whilst seeking to align with EU standards. For corporate and government clients, this means the opportunity to implement:
•    scalable PSIM solutions that combine physical and cyber security under a single management framework;
•    state-of-the-art video analytics systems for incident prediction, detection of unusual behaviour and protection of critical infrastructure;
•    integrated facility protection systems that meet European requirements for security, business continuity and resilience to emergencies.
